Microsoft has released the update for its anti-virus and anti-malware software Security Essentials 2.1 for Windows 7, Vista and Windows XP users which is available in 32 bit and 64 versions at Download Center. Microsoft Does not Recommend Micro-SD Card Replacement on Windows Phone 7 Mobile Phone
Finally Microsoft made this clear that sweeping the micro-SD card on Windows Phone 7 device is not recommended any way.
