Multiple Windows 7 slates will reach to the market by the end of this year as it is announced by Microsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmer at the Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) 2010. Ballmer also said that Microsoft and its partners including Asus, Dell, Samsung, Toshiba and Sony all will come up with a variety of Windows 7 slates which will be available at different prices with different specifications as with keyboards, touch only, dock-able, able to handle digital ink, etc. Ballmer did not mention HP Windows 7 Slate at WPC which was revealed at Consumer Electronics Show in January, 2010 [...]

According to the market analytic Apple surpasses Microsoft in market share and now Apple is more worthy technology company as compare to Microsoft and comes at second place in market capitalization after Exxon Mobil Co. of USA. The NPD report reviled that Android smart phones outsold iPhone in Q1, 2010 statistics in US mobile market. According to their published results RIM smart phone sale share is 31% followed by Android share with 28% whereas Apple smart phone sales share is accounted for 21%.
