To support developer release iOS 5.1 beta 3, TinyUmbrella is updated to version 5.10.06 which also works for iOS 5.1 beta 2 and includes some fixes found in its previous release. Facebook officially took the “beta” label off its much-publicized Timeline this evening, but it’s rolling out the new feature gradually. New Zealand is currently the only country to get Timeline, the company said in a blog postthis evening. Other regions will get it in the “near future.” Facebook first unveiled Timeline in early September, and quickly provided the means for developers and curious users to enable the feature. Microsoft has revealed that Windows 8 will boot in just 8 short seconds and to prove it, the company has posted a video of the upcoming OS doing just that. If you run AdSense on your blog then the chances are you see the same old ads being run to it every day. If you’re anything like me you wonder what other AdSense ads people could be seeing. A little tool that might be interesting to some to use is the AdSense Sandbox Tool from Digital Point where you can add your URL (or your competitors) and it’ll serve 20 sample ads for your blog. You can also use it to test what ads would show up if you targeted specific keywords – useful if you’re in the process of setting up a new blog and are wondering if there are enough ads around for your topic.
