From your iPhone 4 springboard tap on Cydia to launch it

Tap on Selections tab at the bottom of your iPhone screen then select Tweaks

Select MiddleWhat from the list and tap on Install > Confirm buttons

Tap on Restart Springboard button and let it complete the installation process
