Microsoft has released Windows Phone 7.1 Mango operating system beta update to its registered developers, which is available for download.
- You must have an active, validated App Hub account.
- You may update only one phone per developer.
- To develop applications for a device that you’ve updated to Mango build 7661, you must update your development environment to the Windows Phone SDK 7.1 Beta 2 (formerly known as the Windows Phone Developer Tools).
Windows Phone Mango update is available for developers in following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United States.
Microsoft registered developers must visit App Hub to download Windows Phone 7.1 Mango OS beta update.
