If your CPU or Chassis fan is not spinning at the correct RPM (this mostly happens with cheaper quality fans), remove the sticker which is on the fan and you will see the “Bush” beneath. Clean out this area with a small brush and makes sure that you put one drop of sewing machine oil in it.
